Dr. A. Lynn Williams has been providing quality Chiropractic care for friends, family and those in need of specialized care since 2001. After receiving her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, in Davenport, Iowa she worked as a Chiropractor in Morehead City, N.C. before opening a practice in Cary and a satellite practice in Siler City. After practicing for 10 years, Dr. Williams sold her practice and worked exclusively as a chiropractic cover doctor for the entire state of North Carolina. Dr. Lynn and her husband moved to Pittsboro in 2005 and have become a part of this community. She has watched the area grow and flourish, and is excited to now open a practice here.
Dr. Williams is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic examiners. She is currently licensed by the State of North Carolina as a Chiropractic Physician. She has held dual licenses in North Carolina and Ohio. In 2014 she earned a Graduate Certificate in Teaching, Training, and Educational Technology at NCSU. She also is an adjunct professor at Central Carolina Community College.
Dr. Williams has over 20 years of quality chiropractic adjusting experience. She is skilled in Thompson technique, Sacro-Occipital technique, Webster Technique, activator, multiple hand instruments, diversified, trigger point therapy, and Palmer package technique to include extremity adjusting. The diversity of the above mentioned techniques allow Dr. Williams to successfully treat people of all ages and physical conditions. Her unique chiropractic approach provides gentle, effective relief of discomfort and renewed health for the entire family.


Angela is a versatile and results-driven professional with experience across executive support, event and marketing coordination, and office administration in both the public and private sectors. Backed by a bachelor’s degree in communications, she brings a unique combination of operational efficiency and financial oversight to every role she undertakes. Angela enjoys volunteering at CORA Food Pantry, spending time with family, and playing in the gardens. She runs a small business, Lionhearts Homestead, and is a guest vendor at the Chatham Mills Farmers Market and the Briar Chapel Farmers Market.

Paula is a highly experienced and compassionate medical assistant with over two decades of hands-on experience in diverse healthcare environments, including psychiatric, chiropractic, and ophthalmology. Paula spends her free time with her grandson, gardening, and swimming.
